Concrete Services

Flatwork, decorative concrete and structural work across Snohomish County.

What we pour

We are a residential-focused concrete contractor: driveways, patios, walkways, steps, shop slabs, footings and short retaining walls. Everything below is work our own crews do — we do not broker jobs out to whoever is free that week.

Not sure which category your project falls into? Call (360) 555-0142 and describe it. Two minutes on the phone usually sorts it out.

Concrete repair & replacement

Cracked, spalling, settled or heaved concrete gets an honest assessment: what caused it, whether a repair will hold, and what a replacement would cost. Surface spalling on a sound slab can often be resurfaced. A slab that has broken into moving pieces cannot — and we will say so.

Common repairs: trip hazard removal, panel replacement, step tread rebuilds, joint sealing, and tearing out slabs that pond water against a foundation.

Demolition, excavation & site prep

Most of our jobs start with taking something out. We break out old concrete, haul it off for recycling, cut roots that are lifting slabs, re-grade and import crushed rock, and fix the drainage problem that broke the last slab before pouring the new one.

If your project is prep only — a pad graded and compacted for someone else’s building — we quote that too.
