What we collect
If you fill in the estimate form on this site we receive the name, phone number, email address, project city and description you type in. If you call or email us we keep whatever you tell us in that conversation. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work and keep records of jobs we have quoted or completed. That is the entire purpose.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to lead brokers, marketing companies or anyone else. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote. We do not share your details with other contractors.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions are delivered by a third-party form service. Those providers process the data only to deliver the message to us. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be retained by the host for security and traffic analysis.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded Google Maps frames may set cookies from Google when they load. If we add web analytics in future, this page will be updated first.
Retention
Estimate requests are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — typically a few years — and job records are kept as long as required for warranty and tax purposes.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@marysvilleconcreteprofessionals.com or calling (360) 555-0142, and we will remove it from our records.
